    1. GENERAL
    • This website with the URL of waywen.in ("Website/Site") is operated by Wyugen Lifestyle Private Limited ("We/Our/Us").
    • Our top priority is to ensure that our customers receive the best quality products and services. Despite our efforts, there may be rare instances when our products or services have defects. If such situations arise, we have a refund policy in place to facilitate returns and refunds.
    • You are advised to read our other policy pages along with this Policy.
    • When utilizing this website, it is understood that you consent to abide by the terms outlined in this Policy without alteration. If you do not consent to the terms stated in this Policy, we recommend refraining from conducting any transactions on this website.
    • Our company provides a refund policy of three days for eligible products and services.
    1. DEFINITIONS
    • "Business Days" - means a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, or bank holiday in India or in the state where our office is located.
    • "Customer" - means a person who buys any goods or avails services for consideration but does not include those who purchase such goods or avail services to resell them.
    • "Date of Transaction" - means the date of purchase of any product or service, which includes the date of any renewal processed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable product or service agreement.

    1. REFUNDS RULES
    • We always strive to fulfill orders within the specified timelines and according to the given specifications for our products and services. However, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or limitations on our end, if we cannot ship or deliver an order, it will be canceled, and the amount paid by you will be refunded.
    • If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so after the Date of the Transaction and before the product has been dispatched. Once the dispatch has been initiated, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.
    • Return process and window: You can initiate a return or an exchange request by emailing us at support@waywen.in within three days of receiving the product.
    • We would not process a return if you ordered the wrong product model or color.
    • Return or refund shall only be considered once the customer produces relevant documents and proof of purchase, including email order receipts.
    • Return and refund shall be subject to testing and verifying the alleged fault by an authorized person on our behalf of Us.
    • The product will be eligible for replacement only if the exact product/model is available in stock. If the same product/model is out of stock, a refund shall be provided.
    • Once qualified, the refunds are applied to the original payment option.
    • Please be informed that the products purchased using the Cash on Delivery option will be refunded to the Bank account with the details provided by you
    1. PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING THE TRANSIT
    • Replacement can be made if the Customer establishes that the product was delivered in defective condition or has physical damage within 72 hours of receipt.
    • We will organize to repair the damaged product or collect it and replace it with an equivalent product, or provide a refund, provided that You contact us within 72 hours of receipt of the product.
    • Any damaged product must be returned in the condition it was in when you received it, together with any packaging and other items which You received with the damaged product.
    1. THE ORDER IS NOT CONFIRMED BUT THE AMOUNT HAS BEEN DEDUCTED
    • If the amount has been deducted and the order is not confirmed, please contact Your respective bank. It takes 7 (seven) Business Days to reverse the amount to the respective bank.z
    • If the issue has not been resolved within 7 (seven) Business Days, you can contact Our customer care support: support@waywen.in.
    1. EXEMPTIONS
    • Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Policy, We may refuse to provide repair, replacement, or refund for a product or service you purchased if:
      • The product purchased is promotional items (discounts, giveaways, etc.).
      • If the product has been used by the customer.
      • The products are not in the same condition as when they were delivered.
      • Misused the product in a way that caused the problem.
      • You knew or were made aware of the problem(s) with the product or service before you purchased it.
      • Gifts or free services.
      • The product is returned after the return window is closed or the Refund Period expires.
      • Any other exceptions apply under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
    1. RULES OF RETURNING THE PRODUCT

    • You are eligible to return the product only if You return the products in the same condition you received them.
    • Pack the product properly with all included accessories
    • The product shall be returned in its original packaging.
    • We do not accept liability for packages damaged during the return transit. It is the customer's responsibility to pack the product properly to prevent any damage during transit.
    • Upon receiving your return request, We shall verify the request, and if found genuine, We will arrange a pick-up of the product through an assigned logistics service provider.
    • The order returned must accompany all accessories (including freebies) which were serviced along with the order, or else the cost of the accessories shall be recovered from the refund amount.
    • Upon receipt of the returned product, We will test it to identify the fault You have notified Us.
    • A copy of the receipt or invoice shall be attached along with the returned product.
    • You will receive an email or SMS notification at Your email address or mobile number provided to Us.
    1. SHIPPING COST
    • We will incur any shipping costs for returning the products.
    • If the customer is sending back the product, the risk of loss lies with the customer. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery, and You are therefore strongly advised to send Your package by recorded delivery, registered post, or courier.

Made with organic cotton canvas and genuine-suede leather - our sneakers were engineered to feature adaptive lacing, mattress-like cushioning and timeless design.
